Ive got two one in the freezer one goes in the microwave. Hot or cold as needed. Very useful and safer than a hot water bottle. Elsie dog likes the cold one in the summer held on her tummy to cool her down.

I am using one right now. Got a bad neck ans shoulders at the moment, they are far more comfortable than a hot water bottle.

I've got a couple of them Rhian, the longish ones for draping round neck and shoulders.
Mine are getting a bit old and tatty now - you have reminded me I could do with a new one.
