I've got some patches from previous attempts. When my current liquid runs out tomorrow, I'll put on a patch and throw out the vaper.

My local garage were selling four bottles of liquid for ten pounds so I bought two of the lowest plus two nicotine free and mixed them for about a month. Then stopped.

I missed it for a week or so but hardly think about it now. That was about 8 months ago.

Forget patches etcs and think no not going to smoke. fight the urge minute by minute and hour by hour, it only takes will power. I fought furiously for the first 3 days as i was a fairly heavy smoker which has left a spot on my lung, or that is what the MRI scan showed. So glad I gave up when I did

I can be the most stubborn person you can wish to meet if I make my mind up, and even worse if it is concerning myself.

It's a device with batteries which emits a spray of mist into your mouth when you press the button.

The liquid used can vary from a high dose of nicotine to none at all. I'm on 3 which is the lowest you can go with nicotine.

But, they are just as addictive as cigarettes, though not quite as bad for your health.

Thankfully I don't get addicted to things, which is very lucky really. One day, about 15 years ago, I got bored with smoking and didn't enjoy it any more anyway so I just quit overnight. Never went back to it and never missed them.
