After smoking for near on 50 years I gave up over night when diagnosed with cancer, after attempting several times before.Then recently, I fell back into taking an odd cigarette, which in turn affected my breathing, so I turned to vaping which managed to tickle the itch.
I am now in the process of stopping that too, because I found it is almost as bad as smoking for my breathing.
Taking my first puffs of the day right now.

One of my cousins was a 60 day man - smoked Silk Cut - was often seen to light one from the one he had just finished (chain smoking ??). End of January this year he was diagnosed with COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and told to stop smoking - has never smoked since.|
