Talker or listener?

Are you a talker or a listener? Sometimes you meet up with someone who just talks non stop. It really gives me a headache to be around someone like that.

I like to know someone is interested enough to what I am saying, to at least listen sometimes....

I like to listen to people. I like to have a two way conversation, but not everyone is like that. Some people never say a word, and others never stop talking to take a breath.....

Hi BlueB
Im most definately a "listener" I cant abide being talked at non stop...I just tune out tbh.
Some love the sound of their own voice just a little too much imo.

Hi Aysa, I know what you are saying. Some people use us as a "sounding board"....

Im nobodys sounding board anymore lol ...I cut people like that out of my life as they just bring unecessary stress...plus it gets boring not being able to get a word in edgeways.
Im pretty happy with my own company,I have certain people I know I can have a "two way" conversation with so alls good

Hi

I am definitely a listener when it comes to ladies.

This is primarily because I can rarely get a word in.

Re: Talker or listener?

As I have very acute hearing it all depends on someones voice. If it's a pleasant pitch I don't mind having a two way chat, but if it's strident..I either move away and if I can't, out come the ear plugs.

Talker, it's better to give than receive.
