My mate Val can talk a glass eye to sleep , she also repeats things many times , I tell her but she still does it . I have to limit my time with her as she can be exhausting , but she has a heart of gold .

I'm a listener .

I met with a new acquaintance yesterday , got us a cup of coffee when she arrived , and for 2 hours I listened and listened and listened , then I asked would she like to know a little about me , yes she said so I said about 4 sentences and I stopped as she was talking about herself again .

I am a listener I never know what to say .My sister was a chatterbox none stop.One of my friends is like that,when we talk on the phone she chatters on ,mostly about food,what she has had to eat ,what she is going to eat,She nags me because I 'dot eat enough' Ive tried to get her to understand that I have a very small appetite & cannot eat vry much

I can't abide talkers who think that it's all about them. Notice how they rarely stop to ask you any questions; they're only interested in themselves.

It's a strange world, it's like dark matter, what is important is what isn't said, or isn't listened to, this thread does not include vision, just mouth and ears.
