I find it difficult to listen to someone who I find boring, but I do try to shut up and at least appear to be paying attention. I have a friend who can never just answer a question, she goes off at a tangent and wanders all over the place and eventually I have to remind her of what I asked. I admit I'm an impatient person, but I do try.

I'm not a big talker but am always willing to listen, especially if someone has a problem.
