Car/van/lorry drivers who speed past horses and riders. Especially down narrow country lanes where there is barely enough room for two vehicles to pass each other.

Yes, that ^^^^^^^. They have no respect or thought to a horse & rider at all. Not all but some have none. It's usually the incomers, locals are far more aware & courteous.
