Shake Your head And Tell Me What You Can Hear?

I have noticed lately that when l shake my head as if l am saying, ‘No’, l hear a noise that l can’t really describe.
Please will you shake your head side to side and tell me if you hear anything?

ShropDoc here. Could it be perhaps something to do with your inner ear? Sort of the same as those who suffer with Tinnitus, but the rest of us only experience a minimum noise when shaking our head?

Shook head once..nothing..shook it twice ..nothing..shook it three times didn't hear anything,stood up,felt dizzy,and almost fell over the coffee table...should be a warning on this thread
