hacker's

I opened my email...

there was one with my own email address ....
and the first line said I hack your device , we are waiting for a
payment ..
I didn't open the letter to see what else was written ..
I just deleted it ...
I would love to hear your opinion on this ...
Do you feel the person got into all my personal information .

Hopefully they picked you at random, just phishing or whatever they call it.

OMG Sugar, I don't believe hackers actually tell you - DO they?
I hope you reported it.
I have been hacked twice.
Emails sent to all my contacts!!!!
They said they were from me!!!!
However, all my contacts knew, as I always end my emails in a particular. way.

my personal information on them ...
Where i worked it went bankrupt , I am still receiving all sorts of personal stuff.

Re: hacker's

I've had lots of them. They have got your email address from somewhere then spoof the from address so that it looks like the email has been sent from your own account, it hasn't. There has been an explosion of these lately, just delete them.

Re: hacker's

As long as you don't click on any attachments and have a good anti-virus program on your PC you should be ok.
