Morning all and sundry forumeers, overcast today with the promise of rain later, but at least it's mild at 9 deg, so not at all bad for early January....
Just finished Tuesday chores (cleaning the bathroom and the oven), and enjoying 5 minutes with a cappucino before chopping some firewood. Chicken stew for lunch today and we are hospital visiting a friend this afternoon...

Good morning all. I dont have a watch either Alan I have what they call a inner clock. Especially when it comes for food. Going to get colder from tomorrow. One of my penfriends sent me a lovely Calendar which I received yesterday. Its from Hawaii so can dream of the sun, sand, and sea which cheers you up. Have a nice day everyone and take care.

Good morning all, it's raining here again and the sooner the better January is finished, hate January, well not hate, dislike intensely. I never wear a watch either Alan, I have two that were given to me as presents years ago but never put them on, I have several rings and I don't wear them either, maybe on a special occasion but I never liked having rings on my fingers all the time. Back to normal today and up to the pub at lunchtime.Enjoy the day folks.

Enjoy the playdough Meg (I loved it when my grandchildren were that age)
We've had a watery sun all morning and it is quite mild.
Next door had some fence panels replaced and twice hubby had to ask the workmen not to walk along our wall (it is getting a bit crumbly) - the third time he SHOUTED - half an hour later the lady came round apologising.
So, we had coffee and cake and she has just gone Have a nice day everyone
