Hello from Australia

This is the first forum I have joined so I really don't know what happens now!:

I guess I'll wait for a reply from someone! Interested in fitness and health...happy to offer any tips pr guidance (ex fitness centre manager)

We don't have real ale here....but plenty of cold brew where I am in Queensland! Its 4:30pm Wednesday and cooling off .......only 26 degrees now! (thats 82 in the old language!)

(p.s. It's not a good idea to tell people in wet and windy UK how hot and sunny it is where you are!)

Oh well...I guess I'll learn. The same rule applies when I talk to my sister in NZ! Thats why I moved here!

Wish my kids would consider emigrating to Australia , as I wanna go . Went to adelade 2 years ago and loved it
