Re: Cramp

Yes I get it in my legs, for no apparent reason, it's not as if I run anywhere!
Isn't supposed to be lack of calcium? I have lots of milk so I can't see why I'd be lacking it.

Re: Cramp

Statins gave me terrible cramp, but different from now. Statin cramps were in very small areas about the size of a 50p, very hot and intense.
Do you take statins Nom?

Re: Cramp

No Statins TessA, they caused me a lot of damage. In my Martial art days we used to concentrate with a warm down after a session, to prevent the build up lactic acid to prevent cramp. But as im asleep and resting i do wonder what is the trigger.

Re: Cramp

Quinine was thought to help with cramp(drinking tonic water) but now it seems it's not proven to help. That's no help-sorry!
