Re: Your weather

It is exceedingly mild, comparing the weather with the last two winters and, in a way, it's a bit scary. By that I mean are we going to have a particularly icy snap soon or are we getting warmer winters? Either way, that's scary, although I'm not complaining.

So far this winter we had the one day's heavy snowfall which I mentioned, and just one evening where I had to scrape a thin layer of ice off my windscreen.

This time last year I was sitting here with a blanket around my knees, despite the central heating and electric fire, it was so cold.

In Canada where Ann is, it's usually several feet deep in snow, but not so this year. Very strange indeed.

Re: Your weather

Indeed. I remember late March and all of April last year was beautiful. I remember specifically because on Monday 5 April I had my stroke and was in hospital until Thursday the 8th and it was blazing hot. I had to stay at home for a full month before I could return to work and every day I sat out at the front with my Code Breaker it was that warm.

Let's hope that the mild weather continues.
