Re: Things that annoy you!

The way a lot of these sportsmen have exposed themselves for what they really are, fecking idiots, annoys me.
You've got footballers saying that they shouldn't have their wages cut by half, the average wage being £75K a week! Hells teeth man, you can't go on holiday, can't go out shopping, or partying and yet you reckon you can't manage on just under £40K a week, well what about the rest of us?
Now there's people out there who have 'real jobs' and they don't earn £40K a year, if someone is struggling financially, as most of us are at the moment, we have to make cuts, if you're now at the point where money is so tight you're down to perhaps eating say beans on toast, chips and egg, chips and beans etc, how can you cut back much more, I remember when we were skint, you'd get say a plate of chips and egg for tea, with a couple of rounds of bread and marge to fill you up.that's struggling, yet we're supposed to feel sorry for these footballers who may have to stop drinking champagne with every meal and drink wine instead, oh how tough they're having it.
Then you've got that total dickhead Amir Khan, he's backing this stupid idea that the virus is as a result of 5G phone masts and is virtually encouraging people to sabotage them!
Well these masts carry a large and varied amount of transmitters, an important one being the stuff that operates the radios used by the police, ambulance and fire service, so in taking out a mast you could be affecting them too. Personally I think it would be hilarious if something happened to one of his relatives and help didn't arrive in time because someone had damaged a mast, but then again, he'd probably say the delay was because of his ethnicity.

The BBC Breakfast Programme, on the hour and half hour they have always had the News, Travel, Weather for the different areas, they did this for years. Now it's been stopped, I like to know what's what in my own area and see no reason for them to stop it. It's only on for a few minutes each time. But it's really hacking me off and I miss it.

People letting off fireworks.

It's 8PM on a Thursday where folk are asked to join in and clap for NHS workers ,or whatever it is they're supposed to do.

........here, there are dogs barking and startled birds flitting about because of fireworks.

I'm turning into a grump.

Cheeky .... it's nice to know some things never change in this new precarious world we're living in.

All these adverts on OFF.

I don't mind the nubile young wenches, but
all these cures and procedures for problems
with various orifices turn my stomach!
