Glad they managed to play ,also Scotland . My brother and his wife are there because their son lives and works in Japan. I haven't heard anything so hopefully the storm didn't affect them ,sad for Japan though

I'm waiting for granddaughter to visit . Her drink was spiked in the week. She cant even remember going out nor where she went . No sign that she was abused but what a worry .Wish she hadn't told me

Oh heavens Jac, what a worry. It's my granddaughter's 18th tomorrow and we have a big family dinner planned, but she also has a get together at the local pub planned for Saturday, which seems to have a guest list of over 100 (they'll be standing on each other's heads!) I think I'll give that a miss.

Just back from bowls and it is a wonderful night, probably a full moon but v chilly.

Sunshine here after a wet start .
The men are here fitting my new fire door . Lots of drilling .Yuk
Hope they wont be all day. The flat is so small there is nowhere to hide.

Fed up with all this rain.Road out of village flooded again.Postman warned me not to go out yet,thankfully having a morning in.
Son no 2 coming for the weekend,he'll feel it when there won't be a little one wagging his tail to greet him.

Mostly heavy rain here as well. Not too cold though
Door is in situ so no drilling today .
Waiting for daughter to visit so sorted out recycling for her to take to bin area
