I made a soup yesterday in which everything possible goes in. It is always basically vegetables but I always raid the freezer for anything left behind like Quorn fillets or Quorn sausages which are thrown in. I also found some tomatoes and some spring onions.

Will be heating it up for tonight but there is enough there for four days two bowls each.

can't wait.

Sounds yummy,LD..I also look forward to eating my food...just made two lamb and Stilton pies...I'm holding out until tonight!..

They sound lovely. I'm not vegetarian but Mrs LD is, so I tend to cook all veggy.

LD,I have gone and eaten half of that ruddy pie..

It drew me to it..I had no control....it kept saying,"come to me"..."eat me"...so I did!..

Lamb and Stilton? That is a combination I have not tried so far - sounds good.

Now see what you've done - I'll have to go and rummage in the freezer now to see if there is any lamb!

St,..it really is delicious...found recipe online,under lamb and Stilton pie.

Ingredien ..I used lamb steaks for one pie...minced lamb for another,

Shallots,onion,carrot,thyme,rosemary ,Stilton,not to much...mushrooms,butter,...yum!....
