Wow! Keezoy. That's impressive. I bet they are so much nicer than the shop bought stuff. What got you into making them?

Re: Sauces.

Hi

Most I make myself, some are just not worth it due to the time and trouble of getting all the ingredients.

On my regular list as well, Keezoy, apart from the Thousand Island and Vietnamese Ginger. Would like to try them both if you are willing to share the recipes.

Blue Stilton is another good one.

Re: Sauces.

My dear wife makes delicious food and sauces.
Here is one:

White Wine Sauce
1 oz butter
½ c onions, finely diced ( I used shallots and only ¼ c)
1 c White Wine
1 ½ oz Demi-Glace Gold *
¾ tsp dry mustard, dissolved in warm water ( I didn’t have any so I used appx ½ tsp Dijon mustard instead)
½ c Water, hot
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Hey Keezoy ... I remember your recipes from a while back. Excellent reading, truly scrummy ...

I need sauce but my cooking abilities are at elementary level.

Tonight we had salmon, potatoes & broccoli. Not the most exciting nosh but Ms d00d approves. I made a cheese sauce, made the event altogether more fun.
