Yes I frequently use a Cashpoint machine, usually it’s Sainsbury’s cashpoint whish is nearest to me. Probably famous last words but I’ve never had a problem with them ..... yet!

I mainly use an ATM if I need to withdraw cash and have neither had any problems.

The only time I feel slightly apprehensive about using one is if I’m abroad (because of language problems if things go wrong) and want to top up my local currency but I’ve never had any problems there either. Fortunately.

I use my debit card for most things but I also use ATMs quite a lot. I can get a quick balance, or mini statement, or draw out cash. I find them very handy. I also use one for paying in any cheques I get (but that is not very often these days). Heard on the news today that some banks are starting to withdraw many of their ATMs as they are not being used enough.

It's rare that I do

Mostly pay on card or phone, some smaller local shops only take the card for a certain amount so I make it up to that and get change

Don't read papers, don't smoke, very little I need cash for, other then honesty boxes and getting my car washed

Very rarely use them. In fact think only once ever.

All the time.....I am hopeless with money so I use cash to keep track of how much I haven't got left.

Having said that I drew £250(last Saturday) from Cheshire Cats place of work and promptly dropped it inside the shop.....I* am going in to ask them to look at the cctv footage as I know who picked it up(denied it)and I have the car reg.

I draw cash for things like paying my local garage for repairs, no receipt
