Cannabis

Heads have been stolen from hydrangeas in France.

They are being smoked as a cheap alternative to cannabis

There must be dozens of alternatives to cannabis, why do you think the men spend so much time in their potting sheds.

...me too I left mine on all winter because I think they look attractive .
