But informal meetings are normal work for a politician, and she would have been accompanied by staff. This was a "secret" meeting during her holiday. A definite no no for any politician.

As far as boris is concerned, they have now served their purpose and can be sold down the river.

Let me elucidate: sold down the river during negotiations with the EU.
Next week these start, and a deal on fisheries needs to be concluded by july. You probably don't have to wait for long to see boris go from squirting to squirming.

I don't see the point of insults based on crystal ball gazing .

It's like creating a world of fakery where you are always right and your prejudices are confirmed.

Why don't we wait and see and judge the actuality of the negotiations.

I realise it's done out of fear, a salve for your anxiety.

Understandable when Boris has defied all your previous 'Predictions' by forcing the EU to renegotiate te WA, by defeating the Remain conspiracy and leaving the EU and by winning a muckle majority in the GE.

The man is a force to be reckoned with and the EU are on the backfoot.

Hi

Yes, we will have to wait and see what happens.

That is by far the most sensible option.

I do not share your confidence in Boris.

He did not force the EU to back down, he capitulated totally on the Red Line of Northern Ireland.

The EU could not believe their luck.

We know the EU demands for a Trade Deal, we do not know ours until tomorrow.

Whilst I believe a No Deal would be bad for both, I am disgusted by the statement of the EU that they will not offer a Canada Style Deal.

This is completely different to the promises they have made consistently during the negotiations on the Withdrawal Agreement.

I would rather take the hit than cave in.

Fisheries are a non entity as regards our finances, no difference at all in real terms.

What I will not have is France threatening us.

Macron can swan off.

Yes, he can move our Border back to the UK and flood us with Illegals.

We can cope with that, at a cost.

We can make life infinitely more difficult for France.

A No Deal means checks on EU Goods and produce entering the UK.

That is WTO Rules.

There is nothing to stop us concentrating all those checks on French Imports and French Vehicles.

You make Boris sound like an octopus Solly!
And you are wrong about our fisheries, we dont have to conclude
anything, because the fishing grounds are OURS, it is the eu that
have to do the concluding??

All we get now can be obtained from elsewhere at cheaper prices?
