Have any posters felt that a period of their life was spent in Limbo?

Yes, surprisingly when I was in my early twenties and my friends were all getting married but I couldn't find anyone who'd have me. I didn't enjoy my work (I was a miner), drank too much and seemed to have no purpose to my life. Getting married and having children changed all that for the better.

Yes, absolutely.....many times...................probably the worst time was when my children had reached a stage where they didn't need mum around so much and I couldn't find a job to fill in the empty hours.

I can honestly say, NEVER.

If I wasn't busy I would be planning what was happening next. (that sounds more organised than I mean but I certainly never sat around waiting for life to happen)

No neither did I when younger but now its just trying to keep awake for a couple of hours,it does help to pass the time this sleeping lark though.

not that i can really call limbo, I'm always to busy and have so many things waiting/needing to do,or be done.

the only time i would say i felt sort of in limbo was waiting for my babies to be born.
