How are you handling the heat?

I was awake before 6.00 am this morning - all hot & sweaty - couldn't get comfortable so decided to get up.
I've been like it for a few days now but I feel so tired at night that I can't stay awake to watch TV.

I'm praying for the temperature to fall a few degrees.

I quite like It I do sit in the shade though hate to admit the gardens could do with some rain

I'm ok during the day, its just night time in bed, I am sleeping on top of the bed.

I always find that heat makes me tired,even on holiday, but you can go and get some sea breeze when you are away.

I was ok till yesterday, when it seemed humid and sticky, so I closed all the curtains & had 4 fans blowing cool air around the house. I just hope that we soon have a few showers to help the gardens & freshen the air!

Enjoying the warm weather as yet. There's been a slight breeze here most days just taking the sting out of the heat in the shade, but I do agree a few hours rain would do the gardens a power of good.
