Common consensus of whom? Remoaners, presumably!

The only people moaning are the Brexiteers that can't get what they want (or what they think they want).

In Parliament, Bill Cash & co have been moaning for the best part of 30-odd years, and have stabbed more than one of their party leaders in the back.

These fine, loyal, patriotic gentlemen have some serious brass-neck accusing anyone else, including "Remainers", of moaning.

Of course not, because it is something you hear. According to the dictionary:
make a long, low sound expressing physical or mental suffering or sexual pleasure.

Take your own pick of what you think the moaning on this forum is about.
