Re: Ex Smokers???

I've been smoke free for over 17 years now. At the time smoking was costing me $40.00/Week.
Today it would cost me more than $150.00/Week.
The tax on tobacco just keeps going up and up. Who can afford it?

That's what happens swim when we are stressed about something. We never really give up. We are just waiting for the moment to restart.

I see nothing wrong in having had a few cigarettes during a set back - don't berate yourself, just smoke the remaining nes then quit again.

Re: Ex Smokers???

I quit 11 years ago and when I smell smoke on people it smells vile yet when I smoked I never noticed it. I never think about cigs anymore except if around smokers and I've no desire to have one. Unfortunately my smoking days have left their mark as I was diagnosed with COPD last year.
