Russia has had 2 cases, both recovered.
Croatia has 3 cases.
Romania, Georgia and North Macedonia have 1 case each.
The rest Eastern Europe has not (yet) been affected.

All the increase is outside China which is why the graph was clearly labelled "Total cases outside of China". Get it now?

78000 cases in China ie 96% of global cases
3300 cases in the rest of the world. ie 4% of global cases.
