Re: Night owl or morning lark?

What on earth do early risers do in winter ? I couldn't bear to go to bed in the dark and get up in the dark !
Very rarely I'm in bed before midnight and I don't nap during the day ,never feel the need to .

Thank you kindly Tiff.
The surgeon thought it went well.

One of our kindly neighbours drove us to the hospital and back home again afterwards. He also looked after Max, my dog, for the day. Even took him for a walk with his two.

I did that for years it's called working permanent night shifts to earn a living!

Definitely not in the case of my previous quote! Usually it's close the curtains to shut out the daylight and get some sleep!

That is exactly what I do. I dislike walking as my feet are quite painful, but it is necessary for one's health to have a daily walk, so I like to get it over and done with for the day. When I get back I either do my chores, or if it is a Monday I go to the supermarket first, a couple of miles away, before the roads get too busy.
