NatWest...
Called into the bank earlier today to withdraw a small amount (£50)of cash and the cashier said...."You are now able to put £15,000 into your I.S.A. as from 1st July"...
I replied that as that represents more than double my annual pension, it's unlikely to apply to us! (Bloody cheek!)
Whilst we were on the subject, I (jokingly) added that I was planning on setting some terms & conditions of my own as I was fed up with recent changes being made to them from big Companies like theirs.
I continued by mentioning the £6 per month fee that would be charged to our joint account if we used more than £10 of our 'pre-arranged' overdraft of £1000. (note - pre-arranged).
I added that there's always around £750 in our joint account and I will be expecting £6 per month for each month that it remains in credit (over £10)...
She didn't know how to respond....
But I'm right, though, aren't I?
