You have to admit there is a certain inconsistency in this. He will fight for a Monarch apparently selected by god and will only fight on home soil. Isn't that what happened in the 1450s with a return match a couple of hundred years later?

The same is true of most German companies publicly listed in the UK.

Siemens Plc and Siemens Rail Automation Holdings Ltd are ultimately fully owned by Siemens AG

Hi

Yes, all profits after tax go to the parent company.

There is only one shareholder in the parent Company.

Guess who?

The Federal Republic of Germany.

Not really he made vows to Queen and country not to anyone else. He goes where he's sent by them.

He will fight where they send him too as he's proved. He joined up to hopefully fight ISIS at time he signed up he was getting it in the neck for being a Muslim and being asked what he would do. His answer fight the buggers, as he hated them too, not that that mattered to Islamophobic idiots who only saw Muslim must be an ISIS sympathiser.

If I had my way he wouldn't have signed up at all, but it's his life he has to do what he feels is right. I'll be very happy when he comes home and starts his business in safety.

Nonsense!

'Fighting for the Queen' is only a traditional way of saying that one will fight for one's country; the country as a whole and its people, rather than an inept government.

Of course, it is the government that would send us to war, but if that government's decisions are not to be trusted (as now) it must be expected that people may not, at the end of the day, put their lives on the line for its stupid decisions.

Hence the reason for the recent lack of interest of people wishing to join the armed forces.

Industries in the hands of foreign investors, real-estate in hands of the chinese, football clubs in hands of foreign investors.
What is truly, really, british property anymore. Any statistics available on that?
