I wear mainly cotton or wool sweaters unlike manmade fabrics they don’t need frequent washes .
Cropped trousers Tshirts always seem to be in the wash

Re: Washing Clothes too Much

I only use the Ecover washing liquids, fabric conditioners, washing up liquids, and even Ecover loo cleaners too.
I also use non-chemical shampoos and hair conditioners.

It's all very well saying just brush the dirt out, but that wouldn't get red of the smell of sweat would it, and there is nothing worse.

I agree, stupid idea, I have 10 white T shirts and 10 black ones, 20+ pairs of undies and probably over a dozen pairs of shorts and a similar number of pairs of jeans (only wear the latter in winter).

My clothes are worn once then they are washed, I always have a full load for my washing machine and use my home made laundry liquid (though it is more like a gel) which contains no harmful chemicals. I don't use any hot water for laundry nor do I use a dryer so the smelly luddites can put that in their holier than thou sweaty pipe and smoke it.

I like my clothes to be clean and wash them very frequently.

With a family of 6 in this household it is a question of being able to keep up with the washinglet alone too much!
