I have recently opened up a sweet section on my website but ain't gonna display the url here. Funny enough 'A Quarter Of...' is one of the merchants on it

Mags, Karen darlings, no sorry neither of them are the ones we used to be able to get - Maynards, sadly no longer make the 'original' Fruit salad gums and their 'wine gums' have a different taste to what they used to be too.

Like many others I miss Woolworths, talking of sweets, that was the only shop that sold Rowntrees Blackcurrant Pastiles; no other flavours all blackcurrant. My wife and myself loved them and we always kept a good stock thanks to Woolworths.

The resounding theme here seems to be we all miss Woolies (They always had just what you wanted) and C&A (bought my first party dress from here)Black jack and fruit salad always loved these - bought some a few years ago but they were not the same as I remember.
