Re: Bath

Well we went yesterday to look at shower enclosures, armed with measurements and ideas, we found a couple that peaked our interest, although we can't start this project until our plumber has been,( he has to come to service our boiler) , and we will have to make our bathroom window smaller , her indoors has green lit this operation so watch this space.

Re: Bath

If it were me I'd keep the bath with shower, purely from a selling point of view.

As for the work involved....it's all subjective. If you want the conversion then it has to be done.

My only advice is make sure the builder/bricky does it properly.
Ie continuing the cavity properly(internal and external)up to the smaller window and not just brick up the hole.

Re: Bath

Thanks for the advice, I'll have to make sure whoever does the window it's done right, I doubt we'll be selling as we've only just payed off the mortgage we're thinking ahead as to our dotage, and having to climb in and out of the bath just to have a shower
