She was slim as a young woman too .
Most older women don't deliberately get fat and let themselves go at eighty .
In fact most women of eighty tend to be thin .
Fat people tend to die younger of related illnesses .
Genetically this was a thin woman with good bones .
She seems also to be in good health.
It's not a virtue to keep a good figure it's largely the luck of genetic heritage and good health..
Goodness why are woman subject to this sort of patronising rubbish even by other women ?
