Bad idea Claire, all you do is move the dust further into the tower, Maplins sell a small battery powered mini hoover, they're specially made for getting into the small places inside PC's.

I use a type of compressed air, not from a can, from my lungs, I give it a good blow

I wonder if a pair of fire bellows would work

I've never looked INSIDE my pc! The pc god (now what's it's name, I wonder?) would probably lose a vital "bit" if I tried.
