Commie Corbyn......

.... Is up to his usual flim-flam tactics in not revealing which side of leave/remain Liebour will come down on in their latest manifesto.

https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-49646544

I've just trawled through at least 60 comments in the Beebs HYS on this snippet of news. Most if not all have condemned Corbyn for what he is - a snivelling opportunist out for a power grab using any means possible except the ballot box. He knows that if an election was called sooner rather than later, his vile party of extreme left-wingers would be wiped out.

Re: Commie Corbyn......

Hi

Comrade Corbyn is my biggest nightmare, I am a Socialist not a Marxist.

I have an Epileptic Son, I am leaving him my house, a place of safety for him.

It is small and walking distance to everything, he will not be allowed to drive.

Carefully chosen for him.

It is worth far less than average, around £165k, Corbyn would take that off me, his limit is £125k, a total nonsense.

Simply not going to happen,

I have a Trust Fund for my son, not Tax Avoidance, simply looking after him.

Corbyn is no going to get his hands on that either.

Re: Commie Corbyn......

Corbyn is clearly terrified of having an election , it would mean he would have to make a decision to support either leave or remain.
Emily Thornberry has already stated Labour will campaign to remain (also to negotiate a new deal with the EU which will be put to a peoples vote ) Corbyn has contradicted that today and said they won't campaign for either option ...
Brexit: Labour manifesto unlikely to reveal Brexit stance

Once an election is announced the huge cracks in Labour will appear .
Liberals /Greens =remain
Tories / Brexit Party = leave

Labour will fall through a hole in the middle..

Labour haven't won anything for 22 years, more failure won't come as any surprise.

Unfortunately, Labour have been brain -washing all the 18-21 yr old University students.
They are political dens of ' Marxist activists' ... who question nothing if they think they'll get the Uni fees paid for.

Yes, those young are still idealistic, optimistic, unrealistic. Whereas we oldies a much wiser, realistic, pessimistic. Let's put to the democratic vote, by referendum preferably, to raise the minimal voting-age to 30.

the cracks are opening this from Robert Peston..
Very important breaking news which is that trade unions, in their TULO meeting with Jeremy Corbyn, have tonight endorsed the Labour leader's position that in a general election Labour should campaign for a referendum that would have a "credible leave option and remain" on the ballot paper.
The reason this matters is that those senior members of the shadow cabinet, such as Keir Starmer, Emily Thornberry, John McDonnell and Tom Watson, who want Labour to adopt an unambiguous remain position have been defeated.
"It is important that voters who want to leave as well as those who want to remain can vote Labour.
What we've rejected is the Trumpian no-deal position of Boris Johnson". I am told all the unions unanimously backed this position, and that it was not a Len McCluskey and Unite putsch. Watson, Thornberry and Starmer will be devastated, because they fear it will see large number of remain supporting Labour voters switching to support the LibDems and the Greens in the looming election. And it will probably delight Boris Johnson, who would expect to campaign against opposition parties with significantly differing degrees of commitment to reversing the result of the 2016 referendum. But Corbyn has consistently wanted to avoid alienating Labour supporting Brexiters.

It seems to be general consensus here that the young adults still in nappies, think that anyone over 60 yrs is too old to vote or to have an opinion. Now that is a bit disturbing as many politicians and MP's are well over the hill !!

Not only that but they also seem to have an idea that all pensioners died off after 2016.

The Unions want to leave, that's probably one of the reasons that actually confuse me with regard to Labour (now Remain) and the Unions that back them.
