Shelter the charity

After reading this I am surprised anyone will give to shelter again .

I read that article in yesterday's MoS - it was a letter to Tony Hetherington. I do not understand why on earth Shelter had to get involved in the first place and, as for taking this chap to court, this beggars belief.
