I like whacky too but these are too expensive and too large to be practical or fun. In fact they take away the very reason why most people like biking in my opinion.

Here is what they look like in our neck of the woods.

In the UK, some variants (narrow front track) are called motorcyles requiring a motorcycle licence to drive but others (wider front track) are called tricyles and may be driven on a standard UK car licence.

I was specifically referring to the front two wheel tilt, which, to me, is the "novelty". It seems that, to keep both wheels on the ground, an alloy parallelogram suspension sytem and a central steering arm are utilised, as in the picture below:

As usual, the law is convoluted about such things - here's some understandable info I found:

What is the law relating to three wheel vehicles?

Driving licence you need to ride a motorcycle

Typical of this country, I believe in the US they have a fairly basic test then you can ride a big Harley.

Re: Strange motorbike.

Testing over here is different. To pass to get a motorcycle license most people borrow or rent an off road motorcycle to do the drivers test. It’s much easier.
I’m sure licensing for tricycles here is different also. People who can’t get the regular motorcycle license could possibly apply for the tricycle one. People who have lost theirs drivers license will often buy or rent one of those miniature motorcycles since a drivers license isn’t required.

Now the two wheel front suspension that you show using the the parallelogram makes much more sense. I actually find that interesting. You can still tilt and drag foot pedals
