I'm not disputing that. Just that the present president isn't bothered by how the UK reveres the usa.

Very much like UKs relationship with EU eh Solly!
Commitments and liabilities on one side and profits and rule
making on the other, plus high fees for the priviledge??

Bit like we have Australia, New Zealand, etc ().
Difference is Ted, usa had to fight a war to be free of england?
Note the use of the word ENGLAND??

Trump's views on any subject hardly bears scrutiny.

American's love the UK as much as we love the USA .........and that is beyond politics.

It's an incorrect use.

The USA was a British colony.

Any 4th grader could have told you that.

Don't try to excuse the Scots, Irish or Welsh from their integral
role and benefit from the British Empire.

In fact, when you drill down in to the facts the Scottish in particular have benefitted disproportionately from both THe British Empire generally and from The Slave Trade in particular.

Scotland is only now, reluctantly waking u p to that fact , at least 50 years after England and Wales!!

The US/UK special relationship.............The one France and most of Europe has envied and detested for 200 years, is about more than governmental interactions.
Hi

The first part Moscow you are spot on.

I disagree on the second, we simply do not have the staff to control them if they get back.

It is simple Maths, it takes a Team of 28 to keep each one under observation, that is a Tory Fault when they cut the numbers.

Under Corbyn, Abbott and Lammy it will be a nightmare, even worse.

No profiling, no stop and search, free rein to destroy us.

I want no part of that, they are Terrorists, out to kill us and our kids.

My simple view of life.

Anyone who Votes for Corbyn puts their kids and grand-kids at risk.

It is simply not for me.

The EU is not for you. Corbyn's gang is not for you. What IS for you seems rather limited. Brexit could be a disappointment for you.

In 1776 Scotland had been a constituent and keen member of Great Britain for just about 70 years.

I notice Farage who is supposedly a mate of Trump has been noticeably quiet on Anne Sacoolas fleeing the country

Maybe UK should withdraw the international driving permits from all us citizens in the UK with diplomatic immunity and let them use drivers who can be held culpable. Problem is that Johnson, Rabb and the rest of the cabinet are desperate to suck up to the US and will roll over to have their bellies tickled by Trump and Pompeo and it would never happen
