Nice weight loss

Since I started the 5-2 eating plan I've now lost 23 lbs. It does not seem much but I bought 7 cartons of soya milk yesterday - very heavy - and they weighed less than I've lost.

I don't heat my house, never have colds or flu, I think we must all overeat. I've never felt fitter.

Good for you Caedmon!
The two Women in my life (Wife and Daughter) are dieting at present and there's no living with them,

I thank God I never had any problems with weight.

I've never been good at diets - all that calorie counting and stuff gets on my wick. But this way I simply tell myself, "No food today" - no problemo. And if for some reason I have to eat on a non eater I just adjust the next day.

I was never overweight as such - not like loads of people you see - but I hated that fat belly I saw in my profile as I walked past shop windows (I avoided mirrors) etc.
