I have tried several, with success, however the minute one stops a diet which in most cases is a "fad diet" the weight comes back along with extra pounds. The best diet is a non-diet, watch what you eat, eat in moderation, choose from the food groups, exercise and drink lots of water. Diet, for me is a bad word lol...I rather say "a lifestyle change"
