Programme on Barack Obama
Today I have sat glued to my television for two hours watching a "behind the scenes" documentary on Barack Obama's road to election to the presidency.Now I am not an American and am certainly not an expert on American politics, but what a brilliant programme.
And I have to say, what a charasmatic, fluent, intelligent man President Obama is.
If this programme had lasted another hour or even two, I think I would still be sitting there watching. And this is someone who cannot, for love nor money, sit through a film or any programme longer than an hour without getting up, going and making a drink, loo breaks, etc., etc......!
Great programme.

Was that yesterday? Damn - I missed it. No doubt it will be back.Wanda - get hold of his biography - Dreams Of/From? My Father. It's not only very interesting it's incredibly well written - not dry or boring in the least. It gives a fascinating insight into the factors which have made Obama who he is.
His writing style, like his oratory, is wonderful. (Such a contrast from his predecessor

Azz, it was on BBC2 last night. Well worth watching.
