Re: Photoshopped photos

Hard to tell this has been 'Photoshopped' (or Corel Photo-Painted in this case) but I just couldn't get a shot of this giraffe without someone walking by, so the someone got edited out.

Re: Photoshopped photos

Something else I did with Photo Express.
I took to top pictures and turned them into the bottom one.

I did this for a friend & she was so pleased she's got it in a frame.

Re: Photoshopped photos

Thank you mart.

I used to have a lot of fun doing this kind of stuff - I made personal birthday cards and all sorts of things.

I don't/can't do it anymore
When I changed to Windows 7 my editing programme wasn't compatible with it and I've never found another programme so good and easy to use.

I make do with simple editing nowadays using IrfanView.
It's excellent for basic editing - and it's free.

Re: Photoshopped photos

I know Irfanview Carol. It is a good and free program. Serif PhotoPlus has a 'cut-out studio' section if you ever fancy taking up the interest again. Not free but a good all-round editing program.

Re: Photoshopped photos

You wouldn't think a CD had all those light properties just waiting to be brought out.

Re: Photoshopped photos

It amazes me how you can play with mirrors and other reflective surfaces, I find LED lights best, using a flash in a very dark room is good too. Then I mess around with saturation etc.

Very clever Carol!

Re: Photoshopped photos

I use Photoshop on my laptop but I find it really difficult using the touchpad, I suppose I should buy a mouse really.
