Has anyone ...

... had dealings with a firm called 'Pet-Supermarket' ?

Last Thursday I ordered 2 x bags of cat litter from them. The money (£25) was taken from my bank on Friday. I have not received a confirmation email - nor have I received the cat litter, although their website claims delivery in 3 x working days.

Their website has been 'down for maintenance' since Monday, and the phone number is 'not available'. The cats are keeping their paws plaited!

Should I be worried?

Hi ST yes I used them a long time ago and they were ok .

Have you seen this 4th comment down and below, a lot of worried customers....

I paid by debit card, Alan, and the money has already gone from my account. Is it possible to claim it back ?

Depends how you paid ST credit cards may help you and also paypal would likely help you too.

Alan not sure about credit card insurance , isn't it for over £50 spent. The bank may pay up for a Debit card and Paypal has some cover.
