Ruthio is getting better, Ffosse is home, OGF is enjoying the rewards of self-depricating humor, Swimmy is squinting at his mobile having fed his computer a diet coke, and I had a nice little surprise today...

Watching the Olympics, I am amazed at the athletes' youth and fearlessness.

Being old and disinclined to hurl myself off an icy mountaintop explains why they are there, and I am contentedly on the sofa.

Goodnight, everyone, I'm off to bed early to catch up on some podcasts.

If anyone is interested, there is a wonderful podcast called Nocturne about, of course, the night and how it affects us.

If I wake up way too early for my appointment tomorrow (which I may do as the pain can come back at around 4, I'm just going to get up anyway).
