what really gets my goat is that LONG advert to win a holiday in New York or some other place and they start talking phone numbers and the cost of calls, it goes on for ages and is really annoying!

Yep, the T & Cs, you must be allowed to use the phone, or please ask permission, you must be 18 or over...
