I had no internet access from Monday...thought it was my internet provider was having problems....phoned them on Tuesday it turned out my router was on the brink...i'd had it for 10 years and it seems they only last 5 years...so today my new router arrived, so I'm up and running again.....I was having withdrawal symptoms....how dependent are we on this internet....Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Good morning ladies. Mags it takes me all my time to go swimming even in the sunshine. Roxy enjoy your swim. Paula I think we're all the same we've got used to chatting to people up and down the country. May I usually send out for a curry. Hairdressers for me today and a bit of shopping.Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Afternoon All Not long back from the pool, 30 lengths today, the pain eased quickly once I was in the water and it was no problem to do 30 lengths at all. Home now and the pain is creeping back, sat on the sofa with a mug of frothy coffee and a hot water bottle under the top of my leg. No swimming now till Monday so we'll see how things go over the W/E.
