Clothes Shopping

Where do you generally get yours from?
I like to try stuff on, so high street is usual for me
I especially like Dorothy Perkins
Wallis and Quiz but I don't mind getting basics from cheap n cheerful Primark too
Cotton tshirts for £3? Can't be bad!

I sometimes wonder in to vintage shops but it's usually unusual jackets and accessories I get from them if any thing

Shoes from Schuh or Office
Bit I sometimes order designer ones online too

Underwear, nearly always from Marks n Spencer's

Re: Clothes Shopping

Sometimes I purchase clothes online or ask my daughter to pick things up for me at Eddie Bauer...

But, for the most part...I love to shop at Winner's and Marshall's...

Re: Clothes Shopping

Online or at ASDA, because I can't be bothered to spend much time shopping for clothes.

Re: Clothes Shopping

I love getting my clothes from a consignment shop, that way I can wear designer clothes but not pay a lot for them....

Re: Clothes Shopping

Hi, Rhian. It's interesting to compare how you are shopping over there compared to what we are buying over there. It's a real plus that the internet has made buying around the country and across the Atlantic easy, but I still tend to make most of my purchases from U.S. stores. I expect that the clothing is mostly similar since it's all coming from China anyway. Most of my shopping is done online shop because, I loathe trying on clothes, I am only 5'4" so most clothes are too long or big, and I can scour the internet for good deals.

Online favorites:

Ann Taylor
Athleta
Nordstrom (esp. for shoes)
Banana Republic
J. Crew

Re: Clothes Shopping

I tend to get most of mine from M&S but in the Blue Harbour section. They do age appropriate Italian style mens' clothing at a reasonable price and they last too. Gone are the days of paying for the label.
