As Gough Whitlam once said, "I get enough exercise attending the funerals of people who do."

Re: Out for a Run

Exercise for pleasure is a concept quite alien to sensible folks, but having said that even I don't mind a steady stroll to the car....

Good for you Titus, whatever gets you out and keeping fit for as long as possible is a bonus. I so miss my days when i was into sports, learning and honing my skills.

Gym today. 16 km on the Cycling machine and some weights. It is a great feeling and the sun is shining.

Good work Titus, if you have been used to regular exercise you do miss it and how good it makes you feel.
Hope you're soon back to the 10k, and a bit of sunshine does help as well !

Re: Out for a Run

It sounds strange but if you are used to exercise your muscles ache from lack of use. I couldn't do any through January and early February and was so glad to get back to doing some in the past couple of weeks.
Running is a good one for a feeling of well being as well as a work out, not what I do as knees are too bad but I can see the appeal.
