It's probably different for every person. I don't say it every day. Probably not even every month, but yes ... words, smiles ... being able to make each other laugh ...
After 47 years of marriage to the same lovely lady i am still in love with her and still tell her so,i am certainly not in the least embarrassed to say so.
Never say it somehow don't feel the need. We giggle and enjoy each others company but, no, we never say those three words....... too late to start now.
I have to say though neither of us EVER parts from the other one, even for a short time, without a kiss.
To my wife and I, saying "I love you" on a daily basis is quite normal.
We text each other when I'm at work during my lunch break and the other day someone was there when I texted "CUL8r, Luv U XXX" and he thought that was so funny!
Apart from the fact that he nearly got a swift poke in the feckin' eye for being so b****y nosy, I was not best pleased that he read my text over my shoulder!
Do you feel it's perfectly normal to say "I love you" to your wife / husband / partner, even on a daily basis? stevmk2
