She gave us goals according to ages...
Aim for 25 if you're 50-60
Aim for 16 if you're 60-70
Aim for 11 if you're over 70
Aim for 8 if you're over 80
Of course these are only
rough guidelines...just do what you can.
But she said if you do them often you'll soon see the number creeping up!
