paying billions to have our affairs managed by a third party?

WTO rules, how can eu countries complain to WTO when
they are operating under their own eu rules NOT Wto rules?
That would be like uk leaving eu and then complaining
about an eu country to the commission?
I think we would get short shrift??

Both the UK and the netherlands are members of the EU, but we are also both members if the wto. Trading with each other is under EU rules, but both our countrues trade with countries all over the world that are not in the EU, but are in the wto. With those each of us trades under wto rules.
